1. How do I fix it if I can't connect and there's no ding-dong sound?
ANSWER: If the ding-dong sound is not emitted, the camera needs to be restored to factory settings manually, With a silver pin inserted into the camera Reset hole inside about 8S to hear the reset tone after releasing .

2. How do I fix wireless pairing failure?
ANSWER: In the process of wifi pairing, the phone and camera should be close to each other, and the wireless name and password should not appear special symbols and Chinese characters, or the pairing will fail.

3.The camera shows online, but can not be displayed when click in to watch,how to solve it?
ANSWER: It's the network that's causing the connection buffering, just reboot the router and camera.

4. How to solve the problem of AP hotspot not being searchable?
ANSWER: A.If you can't find the equipment hotspot, first check if there is a network cable connected to the network port on the tail line, you need to unplug the cable and reboot before the hotspot can appear.
B.If there is no hotspot after unplugging and rebooting, you need to restore the factory settings of the device manually. Press and hold the tail-wire reset button for about 10 seconds, release it and the reset is successful, wait for about 40S before the hotspot appears after reset.

ANSWER: A. During WIFI setup, the camera should be close to the router and the router should be working normally. The wifi name and password can not have special symbols and Chinese characters, otherwise the configuration will not work.
B. Can't connect to a 5G wifi network.
