1. Do the cameras in the WIFI package still need to be set up to see images?
ANSWER: Default factory paired, once the camera and NVR of the package being plugged in power, it will display automatically.

2.What is the maximum hard disk capacity of the WIFI NVR?
ANSWER: Max 6TB HDD

3. Can I use repeaters with my WIFI package?
ANSWER: Repeaters for WIFI kits can be used.

4. How far can a WIFI NVR and WIFI camera transmit?
ANSWER: Empty distance up to 300 m,the actual installation is affected by the environment

5. How to deal with WIFI NVR forgotten password？
ANSWER: Take a picture of the time, year, month, day, hour, minute and second displayed in the lower left corner of the NVR display screen and send it to us, we will calculate a temporary password for you, and then use this password to log in the NVR, in the system settings - system management - user management - change the password, the old password column write this temporary password, and leave the new password blank, press OK, then no password for NVR. The super password is valid within 15 minutes.

6. What objects in the scene cause the WIFI signal to degrade badly？
ANSWER：Obstacles such as brick walls, ceramics, reinforced concrete, metal, etc,which cause serious degradation of the WIFI signal should be reasonably bypassed.

7. How to deal with camera installed in the area which WIFI NVR signal does not covered?
ANSWER: 1.Cascade connection; 2.Wired connection to the WIFI NVR; 3.Using dedicated repeater.

8. How to solve the problem if the video recorder one click to the internet successfully but the ID is offline?
ANSWER: 1.System settings - network settings - automatically capture,get rid of the hook, press OK,try restart the NVR and router;
2.System settings - network settings - automatically capture,get rid of the hook, changing the preferred DNS to 114.114.114.114 or 8.8.8.8, press ok,after restarting the NVR and router,try the one key internet connection;
3.Upgrade the NVR to the latest Version.

9. Does WIFI NVR support computer client or mobile app remote?
ANSWER: Supports remote preview and playback for computers and mobile phone

10. How to handle DVR ID showing offline?
ANSWER: 1.Check if the line is faulty (network cable is damaged, loose, or connected in the wrong place), check if the switch, router line connection is correct.
2.Check if the connection to the external network is normally through the computer wired connection.
3.Open the NVR's network settings,click DHCP to automatically configure the network parameters.
